Got my IP camera yesterday and received an IP address from DHCP server and the camera worked. Now it has lost the IP address and got IP address 0.0.0.0 in the program IPCsearch 2.1, which was with the camera. Have tried entering different IP addresses in the program but may not work for the camera to get a new IP address.
I use Internet Explorer 10 and my camera is a "1080P HD IP Cameras - Dual Stream, Sony MX 122 CMOS, 2.8 -12mm Varifocal Lens "Model Number: ZW-NC856MV. I can't get into camera's interface and do a factory reset there.

Since you can't get into the camera's interface to perform a factory reset, try to reboot the camera or unplug it and keep it off for a few minutes then check the IP source of the camera. If it's a router, reboot it as well or simply restart the switch. This should fix the problem.
